Where are you right now?
Every Hune engagement starts with where you are, not with a package. Find your stage below, then start with a call.
Opening a new space
Launch Partnership: from build-out to Day 90.
For: founders 3 to 9 months from opening, with the space secured and the specialists hired, but no operations plan yet.
The full build, sequenced around your opening date so the right things happen at the right time.
Pro forma and revenue model, built on your market
Membership tiers, pricing, and a founding member campaign
Software selection and setup (booking, billing, access)
SOPs, member agreement and handbook ready for counsel, tour scripts
Community manager role, hiring support, and a launch-anchored onboarding plan
Brand voice, signature programming, and the opening calendar
Weekly working calls and live trackers
Opening fortnight support, plus Day 30, Day 60 and Day 90 checkpoints, then a written handoff
Timeline: 3 to 9 months, through 90 days after opening
Investment: shared on your intro call. Project fee or monthly retainer.
Capacity: Hune takes two launch partnerships at a time.
Not sure you need all of it? Start with a Launch Audit. In two to three weeks you get a clear read on what you've got, what's missing, and the order to do it in. If you go on to a Launch Partnership within 60 days, the full fee is credited.
Running a space that needs a reset
Audit, then reset: fix what matters first.
Community Audit & Roadmap
A 2 to 3 week diagnostic across five areas: brand, operations and SOPs, membership and pricing, programming, and member experience. You get a written report, a 90-day roadmap with three to five priorities, and a debrief. About 2 to 3 hours of your time in total.
Timeline: 2 to 3 weeks
Investment: shared on your intro call
Community & Brand Reset
Eight to ten weeks to act on the roadmap: a brand refresh, member personas, two signature programs, an SOP starter kit, and a team workshop, then a 90-day implementation plan and a 30-day check-in.
Timeline: 8 to 10 weeks
Investment: shared on your intro call. The Audit fee is credited in full if you book within 60 days.
Building or training a team
Community Manager Academy: a team that knows how to host.
For operators hiring or onboarding community managers who need to be good from day one. It's built on the four-week curriculum Maggie used to train Spark's community managers across five locations.
Playbook
Onboarding guide, SOP library, and a walkthrough with leadership.
Self-paced toolkit
Program
Four live 90-minute workshops: foundations, member experience, operations, and leadership & partnerships.
Four weeks, live
Program + Mentorship
Everything in Program, plus six 1:1 coaching calls over the new hire's first 90 days, and SOPs tailored to your space.
Three months, with coaching
The Academy can be added to any launch partnership. Arts1515 did.
Just need a second opinion
Working Session: one hour, one real question.
Not a discovery call. A working session. Send your question ahead of time, spend 60 minutes on it with Maggie, and get written notes within 48 hours.
Investment: shared on your intro call, and credited toward any engagement booked within 30 days.
Your architect drew the room. Hune decides what happens in it.
Most founders already have an architect, an interior designer, a contractor, and sometimes an IT consultant. Hune doesn't replace any of them. Hune is the operator's seat at that table, making sure the floor plan, the furniture order and the network all serve the member experience and the pro forma.
Need interiors or IT? Hune brings in trusted collaborators, scopes them into your proposal up front, and manages them. One point of contact, every step.
-
Ideally 6 to 9 months before opening, while the pricing and floor plan can still shape each other. Three months out is still workable. Hune has started a launch with the build-out less than a month from done.
-
No. That's what the Audit and Reset are for.
-
Yes, all of it. Site visits can be added when they're worth it, and they're scoped up front so they're never a surprise on an invoice.
-
Hune doesn't do interior design, IT installation, or your day-to-day social media. Hune does bring in and manage people who do. Hune also won't run your front desk forever. The point is that your team can.
-
Yes. Launch Partnerships can run as a fixed monthly retainer.
-
Very few. Two launch partnerships at a time, so every client gets real attention.
Questions founders ask first.
Come in, sit down.
Tell Hune where your space is, when you want to open, and where you're stuck. Twenty minutes, free, and you'll leave with at least one thing to do next.
