Work
The work, in practice.
Every one of these founders had the vision, the space and the specialists, and was missing the same thing. Here's what Hune built with each of them.
two:ten · Houston Heights, TX
A coworking space and café, built from the operation up.
The situation
Tyra Miller spent three years building the vision for two:ten: a faith-rooted coworking space and café, growing out of the women's community she founded. When Hune came in, the architects, contractor, interior designer and brand strategy were all in place. The operations plan wasn't. In her own words, she was “starting from zero.”
Where it stands
two:ten is opening this fall, and Hune stays on through Day 90 for the opening fortnight, the Day 30 member survey, and an actual-versus-pro-forma review that resets Year 2 on real numbers.
What Hune built
The financial model, membership tiers and pricing
Spacebring set up as the booking, billing and member platform
The Membership Agreement and Member Handbook, through counsel to final
The founding member campaign, live since July
The community manager role, the hire, and a launch-anchored onboarding plan, curriculum and weekly 1:1s
Friday reports, Monday agendas and monthly reports, plus a live tracker for every deliverable
A site preview event on International Coworking Day
“I want to feel confident in my role as an operator, knowing I'm focusing on the right things at the right time.”
Tyra Miller, founder, on what she wanted from the engagement
Arts1515 · Washington, DC
A boutique space for DC's arts community, done in the right order.
The situation
Arts1515 sits on the second floor of a building on 14th Street NW, an arts corridor its owner helped build. The founders had done a remarkable amount themselves: software demos, IT quotes, furniture. Then they realized how many moving pieces a launch really has, and they chose to postpone opening rather than rush it.
Where it stands
On track for a January 2027 opening, with every major decision made on purpose rather than second-guessed.
What Hune built
A Launch Audit and milestone roadmap
The rate card and a founding member offer, approved in July
A software evaluation and scorecard across the major platforms
The community manager role design and job description, plus Community Manager Academy training
Brand sessions and the launch plan
“We'd like help validating the decisions we've made, identifying any gaps, and bringing all the pieces together into a cohesive plan.”
Gilles Alliaume, co-founder, in his first note to Hune
Copper Canopy Club · Augusta metro, GA
Premium coworking in a market that's still learning the word.
The situation
Matt Daniels secured about 10,000 square feet of coworking, office and event space, complete with a golf simulator and an in-house coffee bar, in a market where many people on his own lead list had never heard the word “coworking.” He'd built his own pro forma, and it was better than most. What he wanted was someone to find the blind spots.
Where it stands
Opening in early 2027, with Hune continuing on a monthly retainer through launch.
What Hune built, as fractional COO
A revenue model audit
A pricing architecture and founding member framework
A membership agreement suite (agreement, founding addendum, code of conduct), now with counsel
A presale plan built to bring in real commitments before opening
“Gas pedal and execution, with your assistance finding our blind spots before we run into anything we don't see coming.”
Matt Daniels, founder
Spark Coworking · five locations, four states
Where the playbook was written.
The history
Maggie spent eight years at Spark Coworking. She helped grow it from one Baltimore location to five across four states, held 90%+ occupancy through community, and trained the community managers who ran each location.
The work now
Hune leads strategy for Spark's website redesign: the site architecture, content strategy, page-by-page copy, and a framework for every location page, working alongside Spark's development agency. Hune also mentors Spark's community managers.
Come in, sit down.
Tell Hune where your space is, when you want to open, and where you're stuck. Twenty minutes, free, and you'll leave with at least one thing to do next.
